RIOT CONTROL SERVICES

leader in the field of labour disruption security. Premiers Security Services cc management has many years of
experience in security co-ordination and in RIOT Control throughout Eastern Cape.

Gone are the days where normal
security guards or close protection officers, not trained in riot control protect your assets and people. PCCT provides
security personnel who are trained to protect people and property during strikes, plant closings and natural disasters.
Discipline and restraint characterises PCCT, whose operations pioneered the use of photo and video documentation.

Our capabilities include business interruption contingency planning and consulting, security personnel and services,
logistics support and pre- and post-crisis counselling. Premiers Security Services Crowd Control Unit is recruited from
security personnel exclusively from law enforcement and military backgrounds who are dedicated to Fitness Training,
Martial Arts and Kick-Boxing Skills

AGENTS PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED

Premiers Security Services Crowd Control Unit agents are carefully recruited, selected and trained in a variety of
safety and security techniques, including counter surveillance and surveillance and defensive/offensive driving.

Agents are also trained in first aid and are in constant contact with our 24-hour Communication Centre for security
alerts and deployment of additional support.

Security Officers:

Our Security Officers are the first point of contact for the client as a result they are the ones informing the
office of the strike action.
- They will close all access points and ensure only the authorised people get allowed into the premises.
-Pro-actively gather and remove the students from premises as they can pose threats to lecturers and admin
staff.
-Security Officers will lock with chains and padlocks all doors, gates and vehicle entry points.
-Patrol around the perimeter of the school to ensure no gaps in the fence and hooligans do not access the
premises from deserted areas.

Site Supervisors:

Our site supervisors will swiftly go to the client premises to monitor the situation and assist the security
officers.
- They monitor that the guards have closed all access points and ensure only the authorised people get
allowed into the premises.
- Assist with pro-actively gathering and removing of the students from premises as they can pose threats to
lecturers and admin staff.
- Escort the principal, deputy principal and other campus heads out of danger to either their cars or homes.

Premiers Security Crowd Control Unit:

In uncontrollable situations we will under strict directive from the Municipality deploy armed guards with
stun guns, pellet guns and gas guns to control the premises.
- They will close all access points and ensure only the authorised people get allowed into the premises.
- Patrol around the perimeter of the Municipality to ensure no gaps in the fence and hooligans do not access
the premises from deserted areas.
